Yeah. CT is an ex-hacker mob of youngins who make it up as they go.

I had some resold domains there also, and finally had it with all the
problems. I cancelled 25 resold domains in one day because they wouldn't
work with me on a couple of 2-year resold orders which turned out to be
fraud. They kept my money -- no credit, no nothing. Four years of
hosting services ...

I've been VERY happy with Dialtone Internet and Clara over there ...

I've also been very happy with Dave at Worldwidemart.com (if you want to
resell domains versus co-locate).

I would never co-lo at CT ...! Billing nightmares!

Some of the customer service folk there do try. They did switch on a
domain instantly that was deactivated at the end of its term because I
forgot to back up the client's mailing list. Go figure.
