I am nearly certain that there are RPMs for PHP 3.0.16 on the Cobalt site for
the Mips line (Qube1/2, RaQ1/2). Check
ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/experimental/.

PHP should install using the same method on the RaQ3 and Qube2. I'm not very
familiar with the Qube software so if you decide to install PHP4.0.2 (latest
version) from source and get errors it's likely because you are missing a
program that can be quickly installed from RPM or source. If that's the case
just post the error on-list.

If you're looking for a light program without a lot of features that's easy to
install try phpop. Twig is another program that I've run on non-Cobalt systems
that should install on Cobalt products as well. Search google.com for the URLs.
And search the list archives for "webmail" - discussions about webmail products
occur every month or two and there are other open source and fee-based products
on the market that may suit your needs.
