If you're interested, I did put together a howto for compiling
PHP+MySQL+Apache on a Qube2 which is pretty newbie-proof (I know, I am
one of these :-)). However, because this implies compiling, you have
to be aware that your warranty will be gone (maybe it is already gone
if you installed a version of PHP). Some prefer to go with rpm's, but
you have to go with whatever is on the Cobalt site, others install
from source, which gives you the option of using up-to-date releases.
My howto covers PHP 3.0.16, Apache 1.3.12 and mySQL 3.22.32 . Don't
expect to much help from myself, as I said I am a newbie and was
helped by people from this list (Kris, thanks again..).
Let me know if you want it.
