[cobalt-users] PHP on a Qube2 (Webmail)

Dear List,

I'm new to this list and find it quite interesting so far.
I've some knowledge about Linux as a user, but only little
experience as Linux Admin. (One of the reasons why we use
the Qube and not a "selfmade" Linux PC).

So what i now want to setup is a Webmailinterface on the
Qube 2. I found Horde with IMP which seems to be what i'm
searching for. But as prerequisite it wants PHP 3.0.16
or greater.

On the cobalt ftp-site i found PHP 3.0.7 which was very
easy to install. But now i'm not sure what the best way is
to upgrade to 3.0.16 or even 4.0. Are there packages or
detailed HOWTO's available which work on Qube2?
On this list i found many hints about PHP4, but they seem
to be for RAQ3. Is there any difference in setting up
PHP on a Qube or a RAQ?

Alternatively, are there any better Webmailinterfaces than
IMP which you can recommend for the Qube? I don't need any
complicated Office system, just a simple Webmail so my
users can read, send and delete mails in case they have
difficulties with their POP account.
