Yeah,
I've had a "we don't support that" problem with them. I phoned cobalt
looking for the appropriate SSL package for my Raq2 - which they happily
sold me for $99. When I had problems with the install the support people
told me that the package was unsupported. What an absolutely ridiculous
state of affairs. There was no mention of it being unsupported in the sales
email they sent me, in fact it encouraged me to go to their site for
'support and documentation' (the sales person said that the product had
mysteriously and accidentally been dropped from their site, which is why I
could find no information about it)
I for one, will be dropping Cobalt at the earliest and least painful
opportunity...
Shaun.
