[cobalt-users] PHP3 / RAQ2

Hello,

I try to install PHP3 on my server RAQ2 by typing the following
command (telnet):

rpm - hUv ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/experimental/mod_php3-3.0.7-Ç2.mips.rpm

I obtains the error message according to:

error: open cannot / / var/lib/rpm/packages.rpm

How to make to install PHP?
