Make sure you login as root before trying to install the RPM. "su -" then
enter admin password. In case you didn't know, you are attempting to
install PHP 3.07. I believe there is an RPM for the RaQ2 for PHP 3.0.14
or PHP 3.0.16 on the Cobalt FTP site. Also, PHP is now at version 4.0.2.
The version you're trying to install is over a year old and a lot of new
functionality, enhancements and bug fixes have been introduced since
then.
