At "one" what? You can put all of the domains you want on a single IP. The
steps you follow are the same as putting them on their own unique IPs.

If there is a problem in the GUI (I don't know) you can certainly edit
/etc/virtusertable and /etc/sendmail.cw using a text editor to get the
functionality you desire.
