it's a DNS thing
Your isp at dosen't like to go out over and over to find out where your site
is so they will cache it for a while. like a day or 2 or 5 or 10 or time to
get a new isp.
This is why I never enter a new domain name into my browerser until I know
the setup work is complete. If I mess up an ip or something then I loose
and have to return the next day to check it and make sure it works.
