While I agree it's a lousy idea, I note that the original post specified
this was for the purpose of using a separate secure network for logging
in to the RaQ as root.

Here's the documentation for the addition to the /etc/proftpd.conf file
from the FAQ at: "http://www.proftpd.net/docs/proftpdfaq-full.html";.

Note that under certain circumstances, changes made in the RaQ gui WILL
change the /etc/proftpd.conf file.
