[cobalt-users] root ftp access?

Might be this is a stupid question but how 
can we allow the root user to login via ftp 
to a RaQ2? In Linux boxes we normaly delete 
root from the ftpusers file in /etc but this 
file is empty in a RaQ server. We need this 
to establish ftp connections over the second 
nic card (IP is in private address space - 
backend traffic) and there should be the 
limitation that root can login via ftp only 
from a specific ip. Any idea is welcome.
