The way we've always done this in the past (but not on RaQs) is to
create an independent partition on the hard disk, specifically for the
/tmp directory. And NOT set quotas for it.
Not doable on the RaQ series, I'm afraid. At least not without serious
modification.
However, I recently read somewhere about doing this with a qpopper
configuration file change. It seems there's a setting you can make if
everyone logs in through POP3 and no one logs in locally.
Don't remember it, though <frown>.
