[cobalt-users] [RaQ2] The new QPOPPER and POP-BEFORE-SMTP patches

Hello all,

this morning we did install both patches and it did destroy both our SMTP
and our POP3 service on one of our RaQ2s. We did restart the server, did try
to find errors, but the POP3 service did not recognize any passwords any
more, the SMTP was useless, too.

So we did try to get back to the old versions, but the uninstall scripts did
not help. We did work over 3 hours on getting back to the old versions, we
got strange error messages from both services...

We do not know what Cobalt did, but the patches did not work for our system.
