*Need* is a little strong.  It will work, but this isn't the only solution and isn't
an option if you don't have spare IPs available to you.  On the RaQ2 you can also
change the IP address on the site through the GUI (you need to change on the "site"
screen and "dns" screen), but I think it may not be possible on the RaQ1.

Beware that once the site is associated with that IP address any DNS servers that
accessed it on the old IP may not be aware of the new IP until the TTL setting on the
DNS expires or_if_it's_someone_like_AOL_who_caches_DNS_and_doesn't_respect_TTL it may
be even longer.  The result will be that it's possible that users who visited the old
IP may not be able to access the site at the new IP for several days or more.  This
may or may not be an issue for you, but I thought you should be aware of it.
