Firstly, you will find mail transaction logs in
/var/log on the Qube (use the "less" command to view the files). However,
your problem sounds like a couple of things. Have you checked your DNS
settings? You should have at least your internal domain and the qube
listed here, though, because you can send mail okay I suspect these are
fine. The other thing to try may be to reenter all of you email server
details including passwords into the user interface and make sure your internet
domain (i.e syneric.com) is entered into the "Recieve email addressed to
these domains" dialogue box. I have had mixed problems with the web
interface on the Qube, somtimes it just looses its settings or does not update
them.
Some questions:
Do you have a leased line to your ISP?
Can you telnet the qube and ping your ISP email
server from there?
