Good day Ian and thank you for your answer.
In fact, I do, from time to time, get an error message (copy
is pasted below - in french - which says that "an error occured during
remote mail fetch, please correct this error rapidly").
But I could not find anything on the knowledge base of www.cobalt.com except the basic
instructions to configure the Email fetch service (reconfiguration I have been
trying several times).
For the root user, I suppose it is the one declared as Admin,
it does get its intranet messages normally but nothing from others
domains.
Have you any ideas if there exist, somewhere on the Qube, some
log files that keep tracks of the POP3 transactions ???
If you have any other ideas, be welcome

Jeff,
Do you get any error messages from the qube? You
might find that all email is going to the root user (have you emptied the root
email account). Check the knowlege base on www.cobalt.com for info on how to sort this
out.

Hello guys,
I'm looking for some hints regarding Email POP3 retrieving
from my centralized mailbox (ISP site mailbox).
I did configure my Qube2 Mail server, everything seems to
be working allright: internal Emails, relaying outgoing Emails SMTP on the
www ... excepting one thing: I cannot retrieve my
external Emails from my ISP centralized mailbox (this mail box itself
is working well, since I do get all my mail with by Outlook
Express POP3 client and then do myself and by hand the dispatching on my
intranet).
Are there procedures to check why the Qube2 POP3 client
cannot access the central mailbox ??? did I miss an important parameter
in the config ???
