There certianly are many newbies, why not calm down about it all?

 Jeff - can we make it more obvious about the rules of posting? Maybe in the
automated mail sent when people sign up it could contain the rules or at
least link to them!
Anyway... why should these non-lovers of HTML rule this list? Ok so most of
them are good, but can't we comprise somehow?
