Well, the normal lines are "non-commercial" (in the sense that you
can't sell capacity on. But you're allowed to put up a webserver for
your own firm, or something like that).

There's no limit on volume, other than that some of them has a limit
on the upload speed:

        CyberCity:    128 kbit
        World Online: 512 kbit 
        etc.
