Just for the record, there are commercial DNS services which
specialize in providing DNS for sites which do not have a static
IP address. Scripts to fully automate the updating process - the
documentation of which contains links to the services - can be found
on freshmeat.net
With that said, odds are that running a server would violate
the vast majority of TOSs - particularly those of organizations
such as @home...
