Page 60 of User's Manual:
Hold Select button for 2 sec; get SELECT - SETUP NETWORK
Press Select for 3 times; get SELECT - RESET NETWORK
Press Enter
Answer the questions and follow the prompts.
Reset filters can be done the same way.
To reset the entire machine, use the Cobalt Recovery CD.
I assume know the admin password; if not, that too can be set from the LCD.
