[cobalt-users] Latest Versions of PHP and MySQL

I have a RaQ3i, and was wondering what the latest versions on PHP and MySQL 
were if anyone knew.

Also what would be my best first step in installing the software? (latest 
versions)?

Has anyone heard of it slowing down the server or messing anything up?  I 
have over 200 domains hosted on my RaQ3 and would hate to lose anything.
