If that's what you mean, then it's not specific to the Qube2, nor in
fact to any Cobalt product.

It's the way the pop daemon works.  On a standard Linux system (any
distribution I'm aware of) the same problem exists.  The way I resolve
it on Linux systems (not the Qube) is by giving the user his own account
JUST for mail, not for webspace or anything else, and putting the "/tmp"
directory on it's own partition with quotas turned off for that
partition.
