Going on from this:

If your users are using Outlook (Express) for their mail retrieval,
you can get them to do a 'send/receive' with details shown.  The above
'error' Jeff describes is usually listed in the details _error_ tab by
saying the users mail quota has been exceeded.

This is the same process whereby the mail server has tried to copy the
contents of the mailbox for delivery but failed.  You will need to go
to the GUI and increase that users disk quota.

IMHO this 'feature' of the Qube2 is pretty lame.
