cPanel's been a pain to most I've seen, but at least they've been
trying to improve their product hands-on vs. leaving it as-is and allowing
users to get frustrated, so I feel for you there.
But as far as 'another list', this is the splintering we've
been talking about. Too many lists are too hard to follow. I
managed to shut myself off (some bonehead move) from the
CobaltFacts list, but that's fixed now and a flurry of posts
have landed in this folder once again.
The idea should be collectively picking one Host for the
series of Cobalt support/community lists and going with that.
I thought we had that solution, but then Jeff's talking about
bailing? CobaltFacts is working, has been working, so why not
head in that direction and add the other Lists? Can CB support
that much traffic, etc.? That's one thing I haven't seen
comments on so far.
