I am no longer connected with any cobalt list project, except as a 
subscriber.  I don't see as that will affect the qbalt lists at all, as 
the lists are owned/managed by Bruce Timberlake.  He'll continue to do 
his job there.

What I was working on was moving the old list to the qbalt server, and 
as far as I know that's been abandoned, so you'll have to subscribe 
there yourself.
