The RaQ's CPUs are fairly low-powered and really shouldn't have heat 
buildup problems.

One problem is the fan itself will get very hot if it's getting power 
and not spinning.  Another is that the power supply will get very hot 
if there's no air moving through it.

That's more likely to be the problem than the CPU, at least in our 
experience.
