[cobalt-users] Odd Sendmail Issue

Hello

I have a client that is getting an error when sending an email with an
attachment, she can send regular email without issue without an attachment.

She has no problem receiving email.

The error she is getting is;

"the socket was disconnected unexpectedly"

They use our server for SMTP, they are using Goldmine ver 5.5 to manage
their email.

Is this a Cobalt/Sendmail problem or should I be looking towards Goldmine as
the reason. They aren't sure if they are using an internal email exchanger
like "Exchange" or not.
