One tab is enough, though you may use more to make the columns line up.  
No spaces at all.  That "No spaces at all" is important.

Are the blocklist lines inserted in the file where Dan indicated his 
were?  I placed the originals for Dan, and for a lot of other people, 
and they do work for us.
