Yes, I figured that out after much farting around.

In my internal network, my PC is 192.168.0.33. When I have the cablemodem
hooked up, it goes through SyGate and feeds the network as 192.168.0.1 and
works great. I tried hooking up the RaQ inside the network and use the
APPRULE.CFG to redirect port 80 calls internally to the RaQ3i - and, yes, I
assigned the RaQ3i and interal IP, 192.168.0.123, which, incidently is the
only time I can see and configure the Raq3i through the browser. Once I
hook it up to the cablemodem, I have to connect via my dialup ISP to test
it.

I called the dialup ISP I have, and typed in http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and got
the reply "The page you are looking for is currently unavailable". I tried
then to go http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/admin with no luck...

Normally I figure this stuff out, but this has me stymied.
