You can not do that! unless you configure the 2nd ethernet port and implement
routing, and/or IP Masquerading, etc. Do you have an IP address for your PC? You
probably still have dial-up, connect to the Internet through your dial-up ISP
and try and talk to the RaQ, using http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.
