Re: [cobalt-users] Front Page Passwords Not Required--MORE

I was finally contacted by tech support based on either the website post
or the telephone call; I forgot to ask which.

It was four days after I posted to tech support.

They've given me an error in /etc/httpd/conf/access.conf to go in and
fix. They told me that I or the customer must have changed it. I can't
say we didn't, but I don't remember doing it; I'll go look in the system
today and see if I did make any changes (I document all changes to
config files, both in the files, and by saving copies of the original
file). I'll also ask the client if he made any changes. Cobalt has
offered to fix it for me for us$200/hour.

Nah, I'll do it myself.

<smile>

Many thanks to Will DeHaan, who went above and beyond the call of duty
to help me.
