[cobalt-users] CGI-BIN / Actinic Catalog problem on RAQ3i

HELP!

I have a RAQ3i and am trying to load an Actinic Catalog up to my server.
However, when I test the network settings, Actinic copies some scripts over
to home/sites/domain/users/user/cgi-bin directory (which I had to create,
which is setup in the httpd.conf file and has correct persmissions).  I get
an error that that CGI-BIN URL (http://www.domain.com/Cgi-bin  or
http://www.domain.com/users/user/cgi-bin was not found on the server.
Actinic is currently looking into this, but has not had any luck so far.
Does anyone have an idea??????  I have contacted Cobalt tech support, but no
one will call me back.  I also noticed that Cobalt has removed Actinic from
their list of E-Commerce Partners.  Now why is that????
