I entered this problem into the support page on the website yesterday
and I've not yet been contacted.

I called and left a phone message for the tech support phone number.  I
got a recording warning me that they'd charge me $50 if it's been over
30 days since the machine was installed.

I called and left a message on the private line of the tech-support
manager.

But no call back as of yet <frown>.
