This may sound like a stupid question but are you checking your email first
before trying to send a message? You must first have your email program
check your email. Once that has been done you can then send a message.
Without first checking your email your IP will not get added to be able to
relay email. Also this patch saves your IP for 15 minutes so if you haven't
checked your email in 15 minutes you will need it to check again before
sending again. Also you must be checking a POP3 email account that exists on
that server specifically!
