Your system cannot find the program "init" which it needs to run. It doesn't know what to do, so it stops.

On my RaQ2, init is found at /sbin/init.

On the raQ3 it may be either there or at /bin/init.

If it's not there, the system will stop.

So you've got a hard disk problem. Take the disk out, and put it into another linux system would be my best bet. There you can get a look at it.
