Presumably you think your question has something to do with either HTML 
email or netiquette in general.

But I don't see the connection <smile>.

If you really want people to see your post, you should give it a germaine 
topic.

Only post a reply if indeed you are replying.

Makes it a lot easier for those of us who read 400 posts a day to focus in 
on what we can help with.

So please repost.  And next time let us know more specifically what you 
mean.  One way to boot the RaQ is to give it power.  How that's more or 
less failsafe than what you want to do, I have no idea, unless I know what 
you want to do.
