My guess is that it's a lot worse. I've only gotten ONE person at Miva, no matter when I've called. She's never known the answers. The support manager has always had the answers, when I could track him down.

Of course the company I was with at the time was an ISP partner and had invested many thousands of dollars in reselling MIVA.
