My tech support passed on Miva's response, which was to tell me to read this doc http://www.miva.com/docs/empresa/mvadmin.html
Well I did...twice..and 'm still clueless as to which files I'm suppose to be modifying and exactly what needs modifying in order for Empresa (which so far I'm "not" Impressed with) to work server wide for all virtual sites. I don't even know what mode Miva was installed under (normal server or server safe mode??)
The recommended URL (in the above) contradicts with the info listed in the RaQ3 Empresa PDF file's instructions. If anyone can please elaborate on how they got Miva Empresa to work across the whole RaQ3 server, I'd surely appreciate it.
