I see:

so the change I made to:
<form action="http://www.beautytech.com/cgibin/cgiwrap/admin/bt-guest.cgi";
method="post" align="center">
was wrong?? it should have been:
<form
action="http://www.beautytech.com/cgibin/cgiwrapDir/cgiwrap/bt-guest.cgi";
method="post" align="center">
nope thats wrong also..another 404 error
