Are we talking here even files that the script may write to??
data files are called in almost every script.. for instance the message
board.. the message posted writes to digest.cgi every time.. the guest
books write to a log file and send a email back to say thanks for stopping
by..

Permissions are 755 for the cgi's.. 666 for the data/log files the
subdirectories for the boards are: drwxrwsr-x I never saw that s in there
before on the shared machines..

Did that:
[root@www sbin]# whereis perl

I just tried changing to GET from POST and nothing changed.. got warnings,
errors, and it still posted.

I tried changing the call to:
<form action="http://www.beautytech.com/cgibin/cgiwrap/admin/bt-guest.cgi";
method="post" align="center">
and got 404 error
