I am soooo new here.  It has taken me 3 weeks to get the DNS correct and I
don't even know how I got corrected.

However, I have gotten fmail to work and I called it up like this

<FORM ACTION="/cgiwrapDir/cgiwrap/cgi-bin/fmail.pl" METHOD="POST">

I would assume you would need to do something similar.  I hope this helps,
but do not consider me an expert at anything at this point!  Just trying to
help.
