[cobalt-users] FrontPage Question / .htaccess

I used to be able to edit the htaccess from FrontPage with the security
settings in frontpage.
This appears not to be the case on a RaQ2, as it tells me that the file and
permissions are run outside of the FrontPage Program.

I have a user that needs to password a web and I can't seem to find out
where to get the information to put in the htacces file.

Can someone please help me on this one?

The admin needs to edit the web, but only wants users with the username and
password to access it.
