I was interested to know if anyone was interested in joining forces in a
billing software i have bid on. Since we are all in the same boat, i am
having a company build me a linux based billing software in which will
automate billing, which ranges from recurring billing to emailing the users
with notices

I already have a few companies interested, The more that want to go into
this, the lower the price will be, and the best of it, its software that
will be custom made to what we want and need
