[cobalt-users] CGI Wrap and the Raq3

I know everyone probably gets sick of seeing people post about the CGI
Wrap but I am new and I am trying to figure it out.  First off is there
anyway to get around the CGI Wrap and just use a regular old cgi-bin?
If not does anyone have any general pointers they can offer that will
help out in my Cobalt Raq 3 experience.
