fortunately, my problems have mainly been with DNS at my ISP rather than with cobalt - but I agree with you about their tech support sucking. they have gotten back to me each time i have emailed, but have never called me back and their emails are so far delayed after my initial email that i usually already have an answer.. cobalt - you guys need 24hr PHONE support and need to hire alot more people if you want your product to work.
