[cobalt-users] Qube2 - Locking out mail files?

When trying to read mail from the Qube, two of our users have come up with 
the error message:

"... unable to access temp file, do you own it?".

And access is denied.  We cannot reset this and have not yet found a 
solution.  Mail is still being delivered to the spool file, but the client 
cannot retrieve it as some file is stopping access.

Any ideas or pointers?
