[cobalt-users] question about raq2 backup & restore

Hello,
everyone.

I use cobalt raq2 backup all my data and configuration of my server.
That is a .raq file.
It seemed must be recover by cobalt server management html page.
Did anyone know how to restore that file by command line?

I can not restore it to another mechine which is diffent from this file
backup from.
Who can tell me how to backup all data and restore it to another mechine?
