[cobalt-developers] Time to upgrade Apache myself

I would like to go ahead and upgrade apache myself.

Although I have a few questions for those that have upgraded it
themselves.

Did you recompile each of the now standard modules, or use the ones
already on the server?

Specifically, did you recompile the php, perl, and ssl modules?

Since perl is compiled into Apache, I assume I will have to do the same,
no big deal on that one.

But the php, ssl is what I am concerned with.

As part of this process I plan to modify a quick config file that I use
for my dev server. When I am done it should help ease the upgrade
process of apache at least on XTR's but I feel it will be good for other
Cobalts as well. I will most likely put the config file up on our ftp
server, so anyone wanting to do the same can quickly and easily for the
most part.

Any comments, suggestions, or warnings of pitfalls are greatly
appreciated.
