Correct, but not getting to far off the subject, VB's problem is the OS
it's based on. I also do not believe VB has a 30 yr history like C, and
is basically MS interpretation of C. C++ is another story in itself.
History has shown, MS interpretations lead to further problems so there
is something to be said for what some believe is speed, and easy of use.
Are you thinking from a development stand point of view. What about what
the client ends up getting? If it's quick to develop, it's usually safe
to say there will be issues the user will experience. So I do not
believe in the quick buck, so to speak.

MS has done a good job of pulling the wool over the world's eyes and
making up depend on things that are not stable and reliable.

True, and as developers I believe it's our responsibility to comment for
future improvement of the product no?

Or just keep quite and let further people suffer?
