I guess the only reason for not going to PHP4 is I was worried about
breaking PHP3 scripts that are already installed.  Is this an issue? 
If I install 4 will the php3 scripts run?  If so, then I'll just go
to PHP4 instead.  I'm just worried about the .php3 files working.
